2. Photo Library Access

Sortwise Cleaner may request access to your photo library.

This permission is used to provide media-management and cleaning functionality, such as:

• Scanning photos and videos stored on your device
• Displaying media inside the App
• Helping you review photos or videos
• Identifying content that may be suitable for cleanup or organization
• Performing photo-library actions that you explicitly initiate
• Saving supported results back to your photo library

Sortwise Cleaner does not use access to your photo library for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Operations involving your media are initiated through the App's functionality and remain subject to the permissions and protections provided by iOS.

3. Photo Library Changes

Certain features may allow you to delete, organize, or save media.

Sortwise Cleaner requests the necessary iOS permissions before performing operations that require access to your photo library.

The App does not independently delete photos or videos without an action initiated by you.

Where iOS requires additional system confirmation for a media-library operation, that confirmation is handled by iOS.

4. Contacts Access

Sortwise Cleaner may request access to your contacts to provide contact-management and organization features.

Depending on the feature you choose to use, this may include:

• Displaying contacts stored on your device
• Reviewing contact information
• Identifying records that may require organization or cleanup
• Helping you manage contact entries

Contact access is used only to provide functionality requested by you.

Sortwise Cleaner does not use your contacts for advertising, marketing, or behavioral profiling.

5. Permission Control

Access to photos, videos, and contacts is controlled by iOS.

You may review or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings:

If you revoke a permission, features that require that permission may no longer function, but other available parts of the App may remain usable.

6. Local Processing

Where possible, Sortwise Cleaner performs cleaning, organization, comparison, and media-management operations directly on your device.

Information accessed through the Photo Library and Contacts permissions is used for the functionality requested by you.

We do not claim ownership of your photos, videos, contacts, or other personal content.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

Sortwise Cleaner offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.

Purchase and subscription transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card information.

Apple may process purchase information in accordance with Apple's own privacy practices.

8. Subscription Status

The App may access information provided through Apple's StoreKit framework that is necessary to determine whether a subscription or free trial is active and to unlock the appropriate features.

This may include information relating to:

• Subscription product
• Current entitlement
• Purchase or renewal status
• Trial eligibility or status
• Subscription expiration or renewal information

This information is used to provide purchased functionality and manage subscription access.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell your photos, videos, contacts, or other personal content.

Information accessed through device permissions is not used by us for data brokerage or targeted advertising.

Information related to purchases and subscriptions may be processed by Apple as necessary to provide App Store purchasing and subscription services.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Content that remains exclusively on your device remains under your control.

You can manage photos, videos, contacts, and other device content using Sortwise Cleaner, Apple's system applications, or iOS settings.

Removing the App does not necessarily remove photos, contacts, or other information stored independently in your device's system libraries.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable measures designed to limit access to information to what is necessary for the App's functionality.

However, no software environment or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We recommend protecting your device using the security features provided by Apple.

12. Children's Privacy

Sortwise Cleaner is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Sortwise Cleaner's functionality, permissions, subscription model, or privacy practices change.
